In Florida, one man was taken into custody as agents from the FBI and Indian River County sheriff’s deputies descended on at least two locations in the Vero Beach area. Law-enforcement officials declined to comment on the activity and referred questions to FBI offices in Miami. Officials there said that any comments would have to come from the White House.
