PREROLL VIDEO AD
Video Format:
- Video ad aspect ratios can be 4:3 or 16:9
- Video will be scaled to show in different size video players
- Acceptable file format: MP4
- Maximum file size 5MB
- Duration: 15 seconds
- Minimum dimensions are 480x360 (4:3) or 480x270 (16:9)
- Minimum data rate is 700 kbps
- Frame rate should be between 14.5 fps and 30.5 fps
- Minimum key frame intervals should be set every 4 seconds
- Minimum audio frequency should be 22 KHz
- Minimum audio rate should be 32 kbps

Optional Assets:
- 3rd party tracking via transparent 1x1 pixels (from approved vendors) to measure ad playback at 0, 25, 50, 75, and/or 100%
- Up to three 3rd party impression tracking pixels can be used to track the initial load of the pre-roll

Submission Guidelines
All video ads must be submitted to the ad ops team 3 days prior to campaign launch meeting the above specs or a possible delay may occur.
